Our events catering team is all about amazing and unique event experiences.  Our team of chefs, events planners and wait staff are all about giving you a “one of a kind” event. In the kitchen and the bar we strive to utilise the best local produce and producers from the Plains, the Peninsula and the Gardens. Great Products like North Canterbury wines, Local craft beers, Akaroa Salmon and Canterbury plains Lamb form the cornerstone of our events menus that will deliver innovative and bespoke experience
